Anti-Dumping Case Against Indian Exporters Defended Successfully by India

The Brazilian Department of Commercial Defence (DECOM) announced on 9th July, 2003 that the case against Indian companies alleging dumping in exports of PET films to Brazil has been shelved without application of any duties.

This is yet another success in our campaign to protect Indian exporters from adverse actions of Brazilian industry.
